Devon House, Kingston Devon House, once one of three mansions on Millionaire's Corner, now stands alone, restored and preserved as a historical landmark sight. It was built in 1881 by George Stiebel, a Jamaican who made his fortune mining in Latin America, becoming one of the first black millionaires in the Caribbean. There is a restaurant, pastry shop and ice cream parlor, selling Devon House ice cream.
