The Habitation Chabert - The House

Description

Within beautiful countryside, you will be enchanted by the unique architecture. The ground floor is composed of a single space opening out into the garden and which contains the living areas: two vast independent bedrooms, opening out into an inner garden each with an en suite bathroom and king-size bed.

The tower with its magnificent bathroom and a
bedroom stamped with historic atmosphere, furnished with Napoleonic period furniture, in particular the bed of Josephine de Beauharnais. On the upper floor of the main tower, an intimate junior bedroom with an antique colonial bed, with a suite shower room and toilet.

The living room ventilated by tropical gardens, extends its coolness towards the pool which is protected by a stone wall and surrounded by vast terraces.

At the entrance to the property, in the ancient annex the distillery, there is a suite with a private terrace opening on to the river and shaded by a two hundred year old tropical Kapok tree.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have individual safes.
