 “Beach Lubbers” is a brand new home located near the southeast end of Lubbers Quarters Cay in the protected waters of the Sea of Abaco. It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with its own gorgeous white sand beach and 130 ft. private dock just a few steps away from the front door.

 The home is beautifully appointed, providing flexible accommodation for six people; designed for total privacy for three couples, or ideal for the family. With all bedrooms having French doors to terrace or balcony, and kitchen/living/dining areas a further 5 French doors, the home has an exceptional ability to integrate with the many outside living areas. The home has three large bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, family room with a satellite television VCR, and a game room with a full size pool table. The rear of the home opens onto a large deck overlooking the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
