Beach Lubbers VillaDescriptionBeach Lubbers” has 3 bedrooms 2 baths (King, Queen & 2 Twins). It has central air conditioning and is tastefully furnished in tropical island style. The home has soaring open beam ceilings, tile floors and countertops, ceilings fans in every room, a large great room with windows and glass sliding doors the entire wall area overlooking the water.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, glass top electric stove, coffee maker, and blender/food processor. There is a charcoal grill for outside BBQing, don’t forget charcoal & lighter fluid at the grocery. We also have a DVD/VCR, satellite TV and a cassette tape/CD player, so bring your favorite movies and music.
The home has a VHF marine radio which is used for most all communications around the islands such as restaurant reservations, contacting other homes, boat rentals, etc. There are also games and books available for your enjoyment. We furnish 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, and 1 beach towel per guest and one set of bed linens per weekly rental. A reasonable amount of toilet tissue, paper towels and garbage bags are also provided.
Items that you should bring with you are: 2 flashlights, fishing gear and tackle, snorkel gear and flippers, a portable radio for music while you are boating, rain gear, and windbreakers and light sweaters in the winter months.
