Luxury Villa with magnificent harbour viewsDescriptionThe villa features a large contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view.
The gated entrance is to an enclosed private courtyard which has a built-in barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and shrubs.
The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment, there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.
AmenitiesThe fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, and a comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.
BedroomsAll 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and can be configured according to the size/mix of your group. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 16.
Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
AttractionsIt is within walking distance of the historic Nelson's dockyard and nearby are some of the unspoilt beaches Antigua is famous for. In the harbour area you will also find shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities such as sailing, diving and other watersports, tennis, squash, horseriding etc. Golf courses are a short drive away.
