Both Bayberry Villa & Chinaberry Villa are located in Cul de Sac, a quiet residential area of Anguilla. We offer absolute privacy in the two villas - completely surrounded with mature vegetation and only 100 yards from Rendezvous Bay.

Rendezvous Bay is perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just strolling on its 3 miles of almost uninterrupted sand. You are always within 20 minutes of dining, shopping and beaches. If you require three bedrooms both houses have an adjoining courtyard to connect you.

Bayberry Villa

Description

Bayberry is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa overlooking a tranquil bay. Breezes will wash over you as you relax with all the amenities you require from a private villa. Both bedrooms have king size beds (or twins if required) and come complete with cool cotton linens and thick fluffy towels.

The kitchen is replete with french crockery and all of the gadgets. You can enjoy dining and entertaining at Bayberry, while leaving the clean-up to someone else. Daily maid service is of course included (except Sunday).

You can dine surrounded by lovely Indonesian antiques in the dining area or al fresco in our splendid courtyard, surrounded by lush tropical flowering plants.

Whatever your requirements are, you will find the peace and tranquillity you are looking for in Bayberry. Your villa comes complete with cable TV, stereo, VCR, telephone and fax (if necessary), beach chairs and umbrella.

Chinaberry Villa

Description

Chinaberry is a lovely private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

Chinaberry is the perfect setting for relaxing and taking life easy.

If you enjoy dining in, it has a complete kitchen for preparation and daily maid service means someone else will do the cleanup. You can dine on the gallery overlooking Rendezvous Bay or in the outdoor living area with relaxing daybed and banquette (we stopped counting the many pillows to lounge on).

Of course if dining out is your pleasure, you are never more than 20 minutes away from some of the most magnificent restaurants in the world.

Your villa comes complete with TV, stereo, VCR, telephone and fax (if necessary) beach chairs and umbrellas.
