Beautiful area, can't complain about anything: water, food service was outstanding. i will return! Never had such a great trip. Riu Ocho Rios All Inclusive is surrounded by 9 hectares of lush tropical gardens and overlooks Mamie Bay in Ocho Rios. It is 10 km (six miles) from Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Encounter. The resort offers 846 guestrooms in one five-story and two six-story buildings. All rooms provide ocean views. Rooms are decorated in a classic European style and furnished with oak wood. Room amenities include ceiling fans and air conditioning, in-room, safes, satellite television and minibars stocked with soda, local beer, water and liquor dispensers.

Recreational activities include aerobics, volleyball, tennis, and watersports. In addition to swimming, windsurfing, sailing, and kayaking, guests of Riu Ocho Rios may have one introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool. Snorkeling equipment are provided for those who wish to explore coral reefs and colorful marine life. Riu Ocho Rios resort has two freeform outdoor swimming pools with integrated spa tubs and a swim-up bar. The majority of on-site recreational activities are included in the room rate. There are two golf courses in 13 kilometers (8 miles) from the resort. Green fees and transportation are included for resort guests. Health spa, beauty services and massage treatment rooms are waiting for their visitors. The resorts also provides supervised entertainment for children ages 4-12. There is a playground and separate children's pool.

With five restaurants onsite, guests of Riu Ocho Rios can choose from a variety of cuisines and dining atmospheres. Meals and beverages are included in the room rate. All guests receive a complimentary welcome cocktail. At night, guests of the resort are welcomed to dance at Pacha Disco.
