The service was great, they did what they could to accomodate us. We were first placed in a room that was distant from the pool areas, and they happily changed our room. The room was very comfortable, there was a balcony where you could sit and look at the gorgeous beach, you could just sit there and talk for hours. O LOVED HOW THEY MADE YOU FEEL LIKE ROYALTY..THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME THE FOOD THE BEACH AND POOLS WERE WONDERFUL..HONESTLY THERE WAS NOTHING WE DISLIKED.!

When I first got there i thought i wasn't going to have fun. Until i went to my room changed up and put my bathing suit on, and went to the beach and got on the Banana ride that was the best. they have a fall you can eat restaurant it was great. I loved it there. at night time they performed for you. it was a great experience. when it was time to go i didn't even want to leave.
