the staff was absolutely wonderful. terribly friendly people, most speaking much english. The Guest services department was attentive, organized, and helpful. I looked at having my wedding at a few hotels in Puerto Plata, and nothing compares to the response and service I recieved at this hotel. This resort is the best here in Puerto Plata.
I have visited since it opened. There is everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday. I love the staff, the food and all the activities offered. I have recommended it several times.
