the staff was absolutely wonderful. terribly friendly people, most speaking much english. The Guest services department was attentive, organized, and helpful. I looked at having my wedding at a few hotels in Puerto Plata, and nothing compares to the response and service I recieved at this hotel. I'm glad I chose to have my wedding day at this fabulous hotel. All I did was give a few ideas, then relax with my family at the beach. Big thumbs up!

This resort is the best here in Puerto Plata.
I have visited since it opened. There is everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday. I love the staff, the food and all the activities offered. I have recommended it several times.

I have been to a few hotels in the dominican republic and this has been the best by far! the food was wonderful, the service was very good. I'm already planning my next vacation!

People are amazing, they make it the time of your life. They're all so nice and open after just a few days you feel like you are at home. I have never laughed so hard in my life or had this much fun. Don't miss the night show's - they're halarious!!

I went to this resort for my spring break (in february). We had an amazing time, would go back in a second...

The staff was really great! They worked really hard to get everyone to participate in daily activities, games, sports, etc. The maids kept the rooms really clean and they we're super friendly!

As for the food, I thought it was really good compared to other resorts i've been before. The buffet had a huge variety of food, they even had food for people who are on a diet. The "à la carte restaurants" we're very good as well!

The beach was beautiful. The sand was gold and the water was turquoise! There's a lot of activities that you can do at the beach such as boogie boarding, beach volleyball, windsurfing, snorkelling, etc.

So all around I give this resort a 5 STAR! It was really hard to come back home to the snow after that great week in the sun! I highly reccomend this place as I was very impressed with the service!!!
