Excellent food, friendly staff, pleasant ambience. Needs some more night entertainment so you wont have to leave the property at night.
The service was very good as the trainees sought to impress the guests and this made it a more family oriented location. The food was excellent, with the right mixture of traditional jamaican and international dishes.
The rooms were nice clean and co... [more]mfortable with a small patio overlooking other major properties and the beach, beautiful and romantic at nights.
The cool montain air, night noises from creatures made the surrondings feel close to Eden. This I think made the guests who were there more relaxed. You felt the burden of the city lifted from your body while staying there. Overall a very pleasing first impression Keep it up Heart Hotel. Way to go! [less]

I recently spent my first anniversary at RBH. It was a wonderful experience. I met staff members who ensured that our stay was ecstatic. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The choice of food was execellent. The room and grounds were immaculate

Runaway Bay Heart hotel is cosey, but it needs improvement both in the rooms as well as the services being render to guests.The decorating of the rooms leave much to be desired "TACKEY".Most of the workers aren't at all friendly it is more of a put on, they need more curteous and friendly staff because it as a lot of potential from what I my self have observed.
