Beautiful Hotel and everyone is great very helpful I'v been staying there for the past 4 years and I visit Jamaice twice a year and I'm ready to come again this spring. Coludn't have forund a better pllace. You'll love it!!!

This hotel has great potential, beautiful setting, centrally located and the most beautiful seaview. This hotel just need a coat of paint, and just a few other things to make it ace. eg a telephone in the room,
new bedding, a little ice box, a clean mat on the floor and better lighting.

I shared the room with a friend - and our clothes just smelt awfull when we put them in the cupboard, we had no wardrobe and so we had to hang our things on the chair, and the pillows had a very bad smell - they did change the pillows after we asked.

This was such a disppointment because although the hotel needed a coat of paint if all the other things mentioned was ok, it would have been so very nice.

I wasen't a hundred percent happy about security - although there was no specific reason, I felt a little unsafe.

There was a little man who runs The Glass Bottom Boat who snse my nervousness - he was extreemly nice tried to reassure me eveything was ok.

I wonder if the owner realize that in this hotel they have a Jewel in the Crown and shoulden't let this hotel go the way it's going..

There were several other guests who felt the same way, because I made a point of asking.

PS...at the state of hotel at this time, I would not book it, but if all the things mentioned I would have no problem booking it for my clients.

THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTLY A JOKE, WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, HOTEL STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, THEY ALLOW OUTSIDE CITIZENS TO ROME THE GROUNDS OF THE HOTEL, IT IS NOT SAFE BY ANY MEANS, ALWAYS PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE THERE AROUND, AND THEY HAVE NO BEACH JUST CONCRETE, TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

Staying at the Silver Seas in Ocho Rios puts you right in the middle of town, where you can fully experience the living culture of Jamaica in a real way. The food was always interesting, the people were all friendly
and the atmosphere of the whole area around the hotel was lively and musical and exciting. The hotel itself did everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one and the staff was always helpful.

The hotel was centrally located to the native towns people, which culd be good thing. But there were no phones, no formal orientation and the housecleaning was not thorough. If I were to right-not very likely- I would not stay at the Silver Seas!

I am in the process of sending a letter to your corporate office. The trip was a disaster from the airline arrangement to the hotel in Jamaica. I hope that in the future your company visits the hotel you are putting people into, because someone may not make it back to the United States. The hotel was desolate and if I actually stayed there I may not have been alive to write this comment. As you can see I am very upset and disappointed with your service and that of the airlines
