The beach in Negril is amazing

My brother (20), husband, 2 yr old daughter and myself spent the first week of 2006 at Beaches Sandy Bay. We had a marvelous time. The rooms may not be luxurious, but they are clean and comfortable, not to mention close to the beach. There were a few ants, but we were careful to not leave food lying around, so they didn't bother us.

The beach in Negril is amazing and let's face it,... [more] the reason we went there in the first place. The staff at BSB was always friendly and accommodating. The food was good. We loved the jerk chicken at the little snack shack. The buffet food was decent too, always plenty of choices, at least 4 different entrees for dinner. The made to order omelettes are a must at breakfast time. We did send our daughter to the daycare center several times. She seemed to enjoy playing in the air conditioning with all those toys!

The nightlife was nothing to write home about, but we have a 2 year old, so it didn't bother us. We were in bed early most evenings anyway. [less]
