Everything was great. The staff, grounds, drinks, good, beach, pool, and activities. The only problem I had was I didnt bring enough dress clothes. Every place to eat requires proper dress.

My fiance' and I did not know what to expect when we got to the island of Jamaica. Our resevations had gotten mixed up and the Sandals representatives at the air port got them straightened out immediately. But when we arrived at the resort we could not believe it. As soon as we got off the bus they offered cold damp towels to cool us from the long ride from the airport. We were checked in and escorted to our room. They upgraded our room to a Honeymoon Suite without us telling or asking them to. Everything that we could ask for they would do immediately without having to ask again. The only time we had to ask twice was when the construction on the property next to ours was waking us up early but they got us another room as soon as one came open. The Honeymoone suite was not the room that we paid for but was a nice jester. In my opinion the Grand Luxe Oceanfront View room was nicer than the Honeymoon suite, but anyway they got our room changed and everything was perfect. As for the wedding on the property, I would highly recommend it to any couple. The wedding consultants Shelly and her assistant did everything to make our weeding memorable. They also used our very own camera to take pictures of us. The resort could not have been any better. The rooms were great, the activities were great and the staff were the nicest people you could ever come into contact with. I will highly recommend Sandal's Dunn's River Resort to any couple traveling or wishing to travel to Jamaica. We are already a signature guest and are planning on returning for years and years. We will never be treated again the way that we were there. We could pay 5000.00 here in America and never receive the service that we did there. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was great. 15 minutes away from Dunns River Falls and from Dolphin Cove. The service was excellent. We never heard the word "no" for any request we made. Everyone was very friendly. All rooms have either a bacolny or patio with a table and two chairs. You can't go wrong with Sandals! We're already planning our next vacation with Sandals.

My husband, myself and 10 of our family members stayed at this resort for a week and not one of us had a single complaint. The staff was beyond polite and I felt like I was in complete paradise for my entire stay!We had our wedding on site and their wedding commitee went above and beyond to make sure everything was extra special. I strongly recommend this resort to anybody who is looking for a truely exotic expeirence and some serious relaxation!

The room was good, the service was nice, but when we left, a camera buried deep in our packed bag, and a cell phone fairly accessible in a carry on vanished, while we were still at the hotel. The bell desk just left the bags out where anyone could get them, and the hotel check in for the airline or airport security somewhere along the way seems to have vanished our camera as far as we can figure.

What is more annoying is that when we tried to call to see if these items had been found, there was no real help, we were bounced to 4 people, none of them really seemed to care or check up all that much. No central lost and found, nothing.

I like the facilities but it was in the middle of construction so that inconvenienced us somewhat. The room was deluxe but the plumbing was not equal to a 5 star rating. Hot water took a long time to reach the room, the toilet needed work, the sink drain leaked and the shower attachment was broken.

We liked the food and warm attitude of the staff. They make the place and I hope that Sandals takes care of them financially.

This Resort on a scale of 1 to 10 (was a "10") being the best my wife and I have ever been to. Friendly staff lots to do, was never board,food spreads where amazing,our room was in the best location and was always clean. we hope to return some day soon. treat your self to it. "just say your wearth it"

My husband and I were here Jan 2003. It was the best place I have ever seen. The workers in all departments are ever so willing to do everything to make your vacation one you will never forget. We were married there 6 months ago and already our plan is to go back for our 1st year ann. I don`t care if I go anywhere but here for vac again. You are a king and queen when your here!!!!!!

My wife and I honeymooned at Sandals Ocho Rios in August of 2001. From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, we were pampered beyond belief. The grounds were beautiful and the beach fantastic. The variety and quality of the food was also excellent. We found that the room in which we stayed was a little shabby, but we didn`t go to Jamaica to stay in our room. The services at this all-inclusive were unparalleled and we are definitely planning on going back to this resort next year. As far as this year goes, we`ll try out the Beaches sister resort next door. We hope we`ll have as pleasant an experience this year as we did last. The Dunn`s River is an awesome facility. The pools, restaurant, and jacuzzi`s are wonderful. The only downfall is the beach is way to small and fenced off. The staff is top notch and we loved every minute we were there. If you thinking of taking a vacation either honeymoon or to spark up the relationship, then this place is for you.
