Have been to several Breezes and all are great values. Good beaches, clean, good staff, great activities and entertainment. Most have clothing optional beaches and clothing optional hottubs with separate "adults" areas.

A beautiful place in a beautiful, friendly, tropical island. Have been to Breezes in several countries. Great experiences in all of them. Good food, terrific beaches, friendly staff, lots of activities.

just got home. food was excellent. people were friendly. there was not enough entertainment at night, it was more for people with children.

There were a lot of activities, close to two cities, the ocean waves were wicked, it was easy to make reservations for the resturants (there was 18 of us), nightly entertainment was very good, friendly staff, service was execllent other than the lobby bar, it was really slow. We stayed in the villas and I would reccommend them if you want more privacy. Oh, I almost forgot the most amazing part, the pool, it was the nicest, there is a large pool in the center and huge lazy river that flows out of the larger pool, there are water falls in the pool, rock staircases that lead to hot tubs, it is amazing and I am a fan of the ocean rather than a pool.

I had an amazing time at Breezes with me friends. The resort seems more geared for couples than spring breakers. Food was really good if you made reservations at the restaurants and okay if you ate elsewhere. The casino was nothing special. The bartenders can seem slow, but just tip them a few bucks and they'll go out of their way to serve you. Plenty of activities all day. I would suggest going to Sosua or Cabarete at least once during the day and once at night because the resort can get boring after a few days. The towns are close and it's worth the cab money to check them out. The rooms were definitely a letdown, but if you're having fun, you will only be in them to sleep. If you like to have fun and don't need all the finer things in life, I would suggest this resort.

My initial reaction was disappointment. Thought we were booking in a 4-star and first glance showed this was not so. Not the dream wedding my daughter had hoped for. Wedding day was great, but it was all the rest that will leave us with bad memories, from all the sickness (19 of 29 ill at various times, some up to 4 days), to the long lineups and poor service at bars, food just so-so (could no longer stomach Jimmy's buffet by the end of our stay) with difficulty finding adequate space at restaurants for our group (were only able to eat together on wedding day and at Jimmy's) and the poor administration re supplies (various members at various times were missing the following: towels, facecloths, shampoo, water, soda pop such as cola, light bulbs, etc.). Most rooms were run down with poor water pressure, tub not draining well after shower, long wait for hot water, poor air conditioning, irons not working, and more and more. As parents of the bride, really got the run-around re upgrading to superior room, even though we started trying to do when booking 6 months before departure. Cannot turn the clock back and select another location - too late now.
