I came to Riu Tiano just after 9/11 with a man I had been living with for the first real vacation of my life. My husband of 15 years and I just got divorced and life was in turmoil. Your resort was so relaxing and incredible no words can truly explain it. The most astounding part of my trip however, was not the lavish food, the drinks, or the incredible beach, it was the staff. You see my boyfriend unbenounced to my had a little drinking problem, and I ended up having to babysit him most of the time from making a fool of himself. The staff could see for themselves, but never judged just watched over, gave me a sypathetic smile, and made me a fresh coconut drink when they had time. Now 3 years have passed, a miracle has happened and my divorced husband and I are back together with our children all in one house and would be celebrating 20 years of marriage if we didn't divorce. As i have been told this doesn't happen to many people and I feel blessed everyday I wake up to their smiling faces. If dreams could come true, I would come back to your resort with the man I truly love and my family to really
have a family vacation. We have never been on a family vacation before and no honeymoon as my father was dying when we got married 20 years ago. I hope one day we can return to this magical place together.

It was beautiful. The staff and everyone was friendly and great! Food was great and the drinks to! Loved it Will stay there again when we go back!

We stayed at Riu Taino the last week in April--I cannot say enough about this vacation. The Taino is the best hotel/resort in this area. The staff people work their butts off and really have fun doing it. The activities continue from dawn till dusk and I have to say that the shows they put on where the best. People from the other hotels came to ours to see everything. I plan to go back to Taino after January.

Went to Riu Taino Jan. 11, 2003 and thoroughly enjoyed. Food was great, staff was always smiling, friendly and singing. Had a great week on the beach, weather was perfect and enjoyed the drinks and facilities. It was enjoyable mixing with all the nationalities and people from the states and Cananda! Would go back and strongly recommend it to friends and family.

i went to riu taino in aug 2001 and i had the time of my life, the rooms are just what i wanted little beach houses. theres entertement from 8am til 12pm then the disco pacha was great to. they treated me like a queen i will be going back on dec 2001 to see my friend henry who keep us dancing all day and night i highly recommend this hotel and don`t forget to go to saona island unforgetable the best beaches in the world.
