I have never been in a place where the employees where as friendly as at the riu complex.
The rooms always clean, food excellent, staff excellent, complex spotless.

i loved the topless ladies , great food and couldnt get enough of the free drinks , bar tenders were amazing , going back in 2 weeks , already have my bags packed. when i get there , there better be lots of partyin going on. PARTY HARDY!!!

Service is awesome!
animation is always there for you, they don't let you get bored.
The food is exquisite, love it!
Room service is efficient and neat.
I have no dislikes about this and the other 2 hotels next to it(Riu Merengue and Riu Bachata).

The Riu Mambo All Inclusive Hotel, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, is situated in the Bay of Maimon on the beach four miles from Puerto Plata. The hotel is part of the Riu Resort and features all inclusive resort pricing that includes meals, snacks, beverages, sports activities and entertainment for both adults and children. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the hotel's various daytime activities that include table tennis, billiards, beach volleyball, tennis and horseback riding. Watersports fans can try something new every day such as windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Evening entertainment includes theatrical and comedy shows, a discotheque and gambling at the casino.

Resort amenities include complimentary American and continental breakfasts, lunch and dinner buffets, and several fine dining establishments to choose from.
