IT WAS BEAUTIFUL THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND CARING. IT IS A GREAT PLACE JUST TO GET AWAY AND RELAX. WAKING UP WITH A FRESH TROPICAL FLOWER ON YOUR BED IS A JOY!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEACHES ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR

The beach was dirty. The service was awful, there was a terrible smell in the room. People at the front desk don't know how treat clients. The personnel don't speak english. Food is average. Lots of mosquitoes.

We stayed for a week during the last week of April / first week of May this year and the weather was terrific everyday. The people were wonderful and very helpful. The food was good with plenty of vaiety. The theme
nights (French, Italian, etc) were a nice touch. The pool was really nice while the beach was great with the exception of alot seaweed in the water and on the bottom.

Perks included lots of bottled water in our room, phone calls back home and internet service at very reasonable prices, and lots to do(if you want).

The people working the resort were terrific.

When visiting again, we would stay away from the holiday weekend as the resort sold weekend packages and it was very, very busy everywhere and kind of tough to negotiate the bars, beach, and pool.

Overall, it was a wonderful week and we really enjoyed ourselves. We would go back (outside that holiday weekend) and recommend the resort to others.

There was only 1 clothes iron for the whole resort.Had to ask 4 times for extra pillows. Suspect the ice cubes for mixed drinks were from tap water--husband and i both became violently sick.The guide assigned to you has to work 6 days a week 4 hours in the am and then he had to wait at the resort for a several hour break, and then he was back on for another 4 hours--so you feel guilty if you actually do have a concern or complaint for him. The resort is geared more to the Europeans. There is a jacuzzi, but it is a cold pool with bubbles. The food was horrible! The drinks are in tiny glasses. The casino is a low rent operation, and the entertainment was laughable and not in a good way.

Rooms were large, and well air conditioned - which was key as the weather was super hot. Great beach, pool, and activities calander. The food was pretty good, you could always find something you would like at anyone of the number of buffets. Would certainly go there again.

Food was bland, not seasoned, meat was tough. Very limited to choices We ate at the restraurants on site-Tex, Mex, Itailan, and Japanesse. The buffet for breakfast and lunch. We were appauled to see that they used left overs from buffet tot he restrauants, and then again the nexxt day. Fodd was no means made fresh. Seafood was imitation Poor all the way around. Friends went with us and they stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana nd never had problems with the food as they did here with us.

We visited in Feb and the weather was very nice , beach was awesome and the pool, food not that great but. you could not ask for better service staff was the best i have ever seen. We will be going back next year for sure , and we will stay at the same place for sure..we had very nice rooms and clean maids were great, just make sure you tip...they diserve it they work very hard.

The food was awful.Nothing was fresh.We had red ants in our room and they had to fumeagate.There was a towel shortage for our room and the pool each day. The pool and beach was the best feature. The water in the main lobby area smelled pretty bad, especially when you ate at the buffet in the reception area. The entertainment was not good ,accept the live band.

	Great service, lots of lounge chairs, staff friendly
	no courtesy rooms to shower

We found it to be a great resort. Customer Service called us everyday to see if everything was fine. The only problem is that some of the staff do not speak English. We had to check out at 12:00 p.m. but were not picked up to go to the airport until 7:30 p.m. No courtesy rooms were available so we had to shower in the health club. It was discusting. There were only 2 small showers and they were plugged. There were no hairdryers. When speaking to the Courtesy Desk, they didn't seem to care about our complaints. One woman when she went to shower there was a man and woman showering together.

Ants roamed throughout the villa suite. Service was less than stellar. Power outage was not good for advertisement, either.
