The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is always security at the door which made me feel very safe. My favorite part of the hotel is the open courtyard. If you are going to Santo Domingo consider this hotel. It is a great hotel at a great price.

I was pleased to stay there for a week, the staff was nice, the hotel itself very well mantained, clean and beautiful!
