The Savannah

The Savannah is one of Barbados sophisticated hotels that combines modern amenities with the charm of a bygone era. The Savannah is the only upscale resort on the South Coast of Barbados. It offers history (the main house and the newest and most luxuriously furnished rooms on the island. This oceanfront resort features a variety of water sports and other activities. The Savannah also features fine dining at its onsite restaurant and three different bars on the premise, including a swim up bar. Guests enjoy complimentary transfers, preferred tee times and discounts at the Ron Kirby designed Barbados Golf Cub.

All of the Savannah's 100 guest rooms feature antique mahogany furniture to create an elegant ambience, while a high speed data port, satellite television, VCR/CD player and his and her bath robes provide guests with contemporary amenities. The Superior guest rooms are located in the historical main plantation house. The Deluxe rooms and Suites are located in the new wing. Nature enthusiasts can witness onsite turtle nesting (seasonal as well as the resort's beautiful waterfalls and meandering fresh water pools. The Savannah is convenient to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Please note that the nightly rate only includes a continental breakfast. Up to two children under 12 years may stay free of charge, inclusive of the continental breakfast, when sharing the room with two full paying adults using existing bedding, subject to the maximum occupancy per room category.
