The hotel staff is ouitstanding and they will always go out of their way to do whatever it takes to please.
The food is very good and there is value for your money here. Again the wait staff and everyone in the hotel dining and kitchen area are just wonderful.

I mostly appreciated the wireless internet connection available from my room. Using VOIP to communicate to home saves alot of money and this hotel saved me a ton offering this service free of charge.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were exquisite. The weight room was above par compared to other hotels I've been to.

The staff are incredible. Compared to all the properties in the Kingston area this one is in a class by itself. You are treated like the most important guest to have ever visited.
