The rooms are small but very clean. Staff is well trained but not fake. Nice atmosphere, you want to stay and live there. Great food in the restaurants.

The Hyatt is by far the best hotel in Aruba. I've stayed there the last 4 of the 6 times I've been to Aruba and would not stay anyplace else. While I found the Radisson to be nice, it was a bit boring and quiet. The rooms are set far back from the beach as well. We stayed at the Hyatt on 6 occasions. The place was perfect the first 5, but our last trip 2 years ago was a major disappointment. The carpet was filthy, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Hyatt Regency Aruba and Casino is ideally located on the world famous Palm Beach, the best place for water sports and sunbathing as well as lazy strolling along. Soft sands, flowering tropical gardens, fantastic wildlife and stylish interiors make the place a "heaven on earth". The hotel's luxurious accommodations are beautifully appointed and well-equipped.
