i love the fact tha the setup wasnt like a regular hotel where you go in elevators up to a room it was like houses (not talking about villas)spread out across the land.i also liked the whole feeling of the service every one was very nice and polite its well worth the money and more

Beautiful location, shame about everything else.

Dirty rooms, air conditioning didn't work, water pressure up and down, lousy service. Only redeeming factor is the dolphin lagoon.

Wow! Where do I start? This resort was the first real great one I had ever been to, ever since then it has been smooth sailing and CONSTANT comparisons to the Ritz Carlton. The people here are the nicest I have ever encountered, the BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Now the food, was simply tremendous, I would stuff myself every meal. There was this TREMENDOUS formal restaurant, a Oriental one on the resort. TREMENDOUS. The pool, while small, is heated. Very nice with a tremendous view of the Carribean. Really, a paradise, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS GODLY RESORT.

This was the mose wonderful place. Relaxation was unsurpassed as was everything about my entire stay. I brought my sister there last February. The purpose of this trip was for she and I to spend a little quality time together before she passed away. My beautiful, 46 year old sister, Fran, died on July 18, 2005. I will always cherish the memories of this vacation. I would give anything to be able to come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

What a place.
Simply the most beautiful location in the WORLD!!!
You have everything that you want at a location that requires taxes to take you from one side of the resort to the other side.
HIGHLY recommend to stay in the Junior Suite...right on the sand. There really is not much difference in price, compared to the other rooms.
Also HIGHLY recommend to have someone in your group to get the ALL Inclusive!!!!
This way you save hundreds of dollars on drinks and food.

Simply the best vacation!!

This is a beautiful place. Everything was heavenly. The staff are great, the service excellent and the food is wonderful. My only gripe is - I found out that whenever guests asks for restaurant recommendations, they are only given the names of the restaurant that gives a tip to the person making the recommendation. I had that happen 3 times and 3 times my dining experience was awful. So no care is given if the guests are happy, but how much money they are getting. My tip would be to research for yourself and DO NOT let them talk you out of it. My last day I found out about this little restaurant and insisted that I wanted to go. Low and behold it was excellent. Oh, the name of the place is Tapas restaurant.

What is there to dislike? There is 24 hour room service. The hotel is right on the beach and you have your own private villa with personal amenities. The food was fabulous and the shopping villa is right in the front of the hotel. My husband and I were there for a glorious 4 days and 4 nights. Hopefully, we will go back to Jamaica next year. 5 Stars for this
