Blue Harbour Hotel

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in our entire life. The hotel website lied about the amenities e.g air conditioned! (big lie). The outdoor pool was very filthy and there was no refrigerator in the room. As a matter of fact, it was so bad that we checked out the same day and found a better hotel (The wexford). On our way back to the U.S. we met another couple at the airport who complained that they had a terrible experience because they were robbed at the top of the hill on their way back from the strip.

To add insult to the injury, the hotel charged us $194.00 ($97/day for 2 days)for early check out penalty. Stay away from this hotel

I really enjoyed this hotel for my first time in Jamaica. The people that run the hotel were the nices and caring people I have wever meet. I went with my best friend and we loved it. Our taxi driver at the hotel, the cook David was just a dream and not to mention Frank, an older man that love there was so concerned with outr well being he gave us a ride out one evening because the cabie had already went home for the night and the rest of the staff was just wanting us to be safe and have fun!
Yes, I will go back and planning next month. If your looking for somewhere that is clean, and comfortable to sleep with out spending alot of money this is you spot. You would want to send your money with people that really have your best interest at heart, like the people at the Blue Harbor Hotel!

The staff were excellent. They were always there for us.

The front office staff members were hospitable and warm. Annette was really wonderful.

Kevin from the Restaurant was great and the driver - Irving was sensational!!!!

I want any and everyone to know how beautiful and cultural the Blue Harbour is. My boyfriend and I was just there two weeks ago and going back in five weeks. We do not want to stay No where else. The owner should be very proud of the staff, they were beautiful.

we stayed at the blue harbour and was very nice away from the down town and up on the hill to see the bay very nice to spend a vacation in Jamaica

We had never been out of the US before our trip to Montego Bay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the Blue Harbour and it's old
world look and atmosphere and the fact that it was removed from
the "tourist strip". There is a poster on the wall at the hotel
that says "Welcome to Jamaica, it's warm here..and the weather
is nice too " That says it all as far as I'm concerned. The
staff at the hotel is outstanding and the rooms are clean and
spacious.
