Overall Rating: 10 Location [10] • Room [8] • Service [10] • Value [10] We went to the Wyndham Rose Hall in May 2004. My best friend an I just wanted to get away and lay on a beach for a week and man did we pick the right resort to do it at. The pool is wonderfully relaxing especially during the hot part of the day. The beach was nice and clean and they had waiters/waitresses bring out fresh fruit to the people who were on the beach. We also had a massage while la... [more]ying in a cabana on the beach front. We had heard stories of single women having problems in Jamaica before we left on our trip and I would have to say while on the resort we always felt very secure. We have said that we will go back and not do any sigtseeing next time, just spend the entire time at the resort! I would definitely recommend this hotel! [less]

Overall Rating: 8 Location [8] • Room [6] • Service [10] • Value [6] We went on a "family" vacation over Easter with another family. There were 9 of us. We had a wonderful time. This was our first tropical vacation, and we had an excellent time!!! The service was very good, the food was great...if you couldn't find something to like than stay home and "cook"!! These people do a really hard job! The ocean was really beautiful, the pool ... [more]areas were very relaxing. The only bad comment is the rooms, they definetely need some remodeling! We were told this is happening in the future. I thought the 2 extra restaurants in the all-inclusive package were outstanding. We would defenitely go back someday. We have many wonderful memories. We stayed 10 days with kids ages 17, 16, 14, 10--no one was ever board. If you are looking for some R and R this place will do it....oh and the outdoor massages are paradise!!!! [less]

Overall Rating: 8 Location [6] • Room [8] • Service [8] • Value [8] Ditto to all the other comments. I loved it. But why is it that the conceirge staff are so sneaky? They are getting paid by terrible/expensive restaurants to recommend them, so the guests have no clue until they get there and the food sucks!! I read another posts on here like that and it seems to be the common practice. Research the restaurants before you get there and don't let them tell... [more] you where to go. I agree Tapas was great. [less]
